My professional path began with an apprenticeship as a cheesemaker and dairy specialist. At the same time, I was a successful amateur and later briefly a professional boxer in Australia. Afterwards, my path led me to the film industry in Hollywood, USA, where I worked as a stuntman. As a passionate extreme mountaineer, I climbed two eight-thousanders. I then ran my own assembly company for steel construction and glass facades for 40 years. Today, I enjoy my retirement in the Canton of Bern and travel around the world with my wife.

As a professional boxer, I had enormous strength in my teeth. However, that was of little help when I fell off a ladder about 30 years ago and knocked out a tooth. The root was irreparably damaged, so I received my first dental implant. After another accident, a second one was added. Today, I have a total of six implants.

All procedures went completely without a hitch. None lasted longer than two hours, and I was back home by the evening each time. It was particularly important to me to have the treatments carried out in Switzerland. The high quality and reliable aftercare were the deciding factors for me.
