"For me, quality of life means knowing that everything is in order and being able to rely on it every day."
I used to be a bookseller, and after further training, I now work as a meditation teacher. My passion for reading has remained. I also love planting English roses in my garden, cooking, and inviting good friends over. These moments bring me peace and inspiration.
Together with my maxillofacial specialist, I consciously decided against a dental implant. My jawbone was too thin, which would have required a bone graft for an implant. A detailed risk analysis clearly showed that a conventional bridge was the simpler, faster, and safer solution for me.
The procedure went smoothly and was pain-free thanks to effective local anesthesia. I have been wearing the bridge for a year and a half now, without any complications.
The price was secondary for me. Primarily, it was important to choose the best and most reliable long-term treatment. I preferred to invest a little more rather than constantly needing follow-up treatments later.

Therefore, dental treatment abroad was never an option for me. I value the excellent medical care in Switzerland and the trust of being able to visit my treating dentist at any time, who knows me and my medical history.
Care and aftercare are important to me. I go for dental hygiene every three to four months. Daily, I use interdental brushes and Superfloss, and I regularly practice oil pulling to keep my gums healthy and prevent infections.
I would make the same decision again at any time. For me, quality of life means not only a beautiful smile but also the assurance that my teeth are healthy and that I am well cared for.
