"My implant feels so natural that I sometimes completely forget it's not my own tooth."
I work as a dental assistant in the surgical department and am a trained medical secretary. In the operating room, I assist the surgeons, and I also handle administration. Through my profession, I am very familiar with the procedures and requirements surrounding dental implants and appreciate the quality and precision.
At 28, I suffered a tooth fracture. My teeth are very important to me, so an implant treatment was out of the question. It was also crucial for me that my healthy adjacent teeth did not have to be ground down. I felt too young to live with a gap in my teeth.

Despite my routine in daily practice, I was nervous before the operation. However, the procedure went smoothly. I felt no pain, and everything was over after about 45 minutes. I often say with a smile: "I prefer going to the dentist than to the doctor."
A dental implant is an investment, but for me, it paid off from the start. I have had my implant for 14 years now, completely without complications. From my professional experience, I know how risky procedures abroad can be: ill-fitting systems, inflammations, or poorly seated bridges are not uncommon. That is why only treatment in Switzerland was an option for me.
Thorough care is crucial for long-term success. I clean my teeth thoroughly every day, use dental floss, interdental brushes, and go for a check-up and dental hygiene once a year.
Today, my implant is firmly in place and gives me confidence when chewing. I appreciate the naturalness of a complete set of teeth all the more, having temporarily lost it. For me, it is clear: I would choose this path again at any time.
